1. Introduction

PikaTour ("we", "us", "our") is a tour booking platform operating in London, Istanbul and Bangkok. By using our website and booking tours through PikaTour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

When you book a tour through PikaTour, you are entering into a contract for the provision of tour services. Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure Stripe payment gateway. All prices are displayed in your selected currency, but final payment is processed in GBP (£).

3. Confirmation Types

• Instant Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed immediately upon successful payment.
• Fast Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed shortly. If your chosen date/time is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
• Request Private Tour: Payment is not taken until your request is reviewed and approved by our team.

4. Tour Operators

Some tours are operated directly by PikaTour, while others are operated by trusted local partners. PikaTour acts as a booking agent for partner-operated tours. The tour operator is responsible for delivering the tour experience.

5. Launch Offer Terms

For the first 3 months from launch, every 10 completed bookings unlocks 1 free group tour giveaway for one lucky customer. Only completed bookings count — cancelled or refunded bookings do not qualify. The free tour is for a selected group tour only. No cash alternative. Valid only during the first 3 months from launch.

6. Liability

PikaTour is not liable for any injury, loss or damage during tour activities. Participants take part at their own risk and should ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
