Travel with a little clarity

Good questions. Useful answers.

Find what you need before your next great day.

How do I book an experience?

Open an available experience and choose Check availability. The operator’s booking calendar shows current dates, ticket options, payment methods and the final total before you pay.

Do I need a PikaTour account?

You can use the operator’s guest checkout without creating a PikaTour account. Keep the booking confirmation sent to your email address; it includes your voucher and instructions.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation deadlines, charges and date changes depend on the experience. Read the policy shown before payment and use the management link in your confirmation. A message to support does not by itself cancel a booking.

Which currency will I pay in?

Starting prices are shown in the supplier’s quoted currency. The booking calendar displays the payable currency and final total before payment. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

Where is my confirmation or voucher?

Check the email address used at checkout, including its junk folder. Look for the operator’s name or Bókun. If you still cannot find it, contact support with your booking reference, experience and travel date. Please do not send card details.

Who operates the experience?

The operator is named on each experience page. PikaTour helps you discover and book their experiences and may earn a commission on completed bookings.

Are private or accessible experiences available?

Check the group type, inclusions and accessibility information on the individual experience. If anything is unclear, ask before booking so the operator can confirm suitability.

Why is my booking not in My trips?

My trips shows bookings linked to your PikaTour account email. Some provider bookings may only be available through the management link in your original confirmation. Use that link or contact support.

Where are my saved experiences kept?

Saved experiences and your day shortlist stay in this browser. You can use them without signing in. They do not reserve tickets or automatically appear on another device.
