Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Many of our tours offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Tours with free cancellation are clearly marked with a "Free Cancellation" badge.

Cancellation Timeframes

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund (for tours with free cancellation)
  • 24-48 hours before: Full refund (for tours with 48-hour free cancellation policy)
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund (tour operator costs may have already been incurred)
  • No-show: No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, contact us via WhatsApp or email at hello@pikatour.com with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Tour-Specific Policies

Some tours may have specific cancellation policies set by the tour operator. Always check the cancellation policy displayed on each tour page before booking.

Weather & Operator Cancellations

If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
